HOPS.
Where the recipe specifies additional hops, mix them with 300mls
water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. You can then add this directly to your brew or strain it and use the liquid only as you prefer.
Straining cuts down the sediment and reduces the effect of the hops
slightly. Personally! I do not bother to the strain the hops.
